Booked round trip flight from Fresno CA to Kansas City, plus 5 day Rental Car. They charged and took out $307 from my bank for the rental car and showed I only had to pay the remaining $160 for the rental car. Dollar Rental car had No record in computer of the $307 Cheap O Air charged me towards the rental. I had to pay the car in total…. Losing my $307!!! Customer Support on Website will not load. They stole $307 from me. Do Not Use these scam artists
