I have seen a very similar comment only 4 days ago about this company… I purchased Football Manager 23 for PC for £42, yet to receive my game. I have raised issue with customer service only to receive one generic reply and then ignored with my follow up questions.I have now raised a refund request and I hope I get my money back, If not I like others will chase with my bank as fraud. Very disappointed customer, would not recommend.
