Would give zero stars if possible purchased a “pair”of chinese lamps from an Italian seller they arrived one broken and not a pair am trying to get refund of over £100 seller keeps sending messages in Italian which i do not understand and no translator on Catawicki have phoned and phoned but nobody answering from customer services in UK Catawiki dosnt want to know the seller us stalling for time and is now asking for personal details like my tax code number “what!!!” I am out a lot of money Am now reporting to trading standards and action fraud DO NOT BUY FROM CATAWIKI ITS LIKE EBAY FULL OF THIEVES SCAMMERS FRAUDSTERS LIARS AND CHEATS Catawicki will not help you AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!!
