This is a follow-up on my earlier review where I warned for scammers that abuse other’s FedEx tracking numbers.Catawiki’s customer service has resolved this issue with me and I got a refund plus something extra for the inconvenience.In hindsight I’m happy how this has been resolved.My warning to other users about scammers (read my other review) still exists because there will always be scammers out there, but Catawiki is (at least in my case) doing it’s best to have satisfied customers.
