I made an account and paid for the background check, but then Care.com kicked me off the site. I tried to log back in on multiple browsers, laptops, and phones. None of them work. I tried to click “forgot password” and I never received a reset email. I spent money on this background check, the least I can do is have access to log into my account. I would like a refund on my background check, but the help request form on their website does not recognize my email, yet I am not able to make another account with the same email. Waste of money, it’s a scam!
