This place is a TOTAL scam. They claim you can contact them on the number on the invoice, but there is no contact number. There ‘help-centre’ sends you around in circles. There is no email address to send complaints too nor is there a number you can speak to a person (if you look at their responses on here, they never provide a mobile, they just say “you can find it on our invoice, which you can’t). It claims you can delete you credit card and account, but you cannot. They information they provide on how to do that is false. They have been taking $50 a month from me for over 18 months when I had cancelled the paying membership and haven’t used them all this time.
