It’s clearly a scam. I was pushed to pay $850 and the way the rep who contacted me was talking and talking while trying to make me pay made me very nervous. The next day I decided to just get a refund and my first rep said that “my refund request was made to the corresponding department”. I got contacted by someone else speaking Spanish this time, telling me the same thing… The next day I get another rep and I guess they got bored of me, because now I’m talking to someone else… So I’ve been talking to 4 people trying to get a simple refund. They would just send emails asking for a “good time for a call” which I’ve been answering and not not getting called.Worst experience.
