Pffffttttt……… customer service is rubbish. Received one blanket – wrong size and spelt the name wrong. When I asked where the other one was, they magically appeared with a shipping note but with NO Name and wrong colour. I first wrote to the 24hservice.vip shipping and after a few times of back and forth with request for a refund, they eventually sent an email with cake-lust.com details which is where I originally ordered from. Ordered in August 2022, and eventually got one last week. Have asked for a refund – its ok the Bank is refunding as I have flagged it as a scam PLUS been scammed by 3 other companies – all originally from US companies apparently. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
