Very convoluted cancellations process involving a narrow time window and forms to complete durting that time window. I emailed them to request that they cancel my account however they did not do so and kept collecting money from me. They charged me for a further month which was unpaid and they have now passed this onto debt collectors. Emailing their customer service department did not help resolve the matter. Despite behaving in a perfectly reasonable manner, they refused to let me unsubscribe and so I have had to spend time reporting them to action fraud. You will waste a lot of your time and possibly money trying to unsubscribe if you register for this service.
