I had initially signed up for a month, and then wanted to delete my account. Which I asked them to and they did delete. Now as I know I was already a month and more, I was told to pay the amount as of course my subscription got into the second month. As a normal procedure, I went ahead and paid it via PayPal on 2nd November, they sent a reminder email again on the 10th of November asking me to pay and when I got in touch with their customer support, they said that payment from PayPal is still pending which is totally absurd given the fact that I contacted PayPal and they told me the amount has already been transferred. I am being threaten that they will give my case to an external debt collector that would affect my score. I will definitely go to the UK court with evidence of this scam company.
