You would think if C date was a company that put its customers first it would see that the number of bad reviews and 1 star TP review would encourage them to make some big changes to its subscription service. They lure you in and then make it impossible to cancel. Then try and charge you more and more. I cancelled via my bank in the end and then they threatened to take legal action. If you actually read the T and Cs they are contradictory and confusing. They ask for cancellations via fax!! Is this the 90s? The site itself is fraudulent with lots of fake profiles designed to make you think you are looking at real women. Please just ignore their demands for money and find a reputable site. There terms and conditions do not meet UK laws. C-Date, either wrap up this scam or change your ways. Just look at your reviews, do you really think you are conducting yourselves in the best interest of your customers. Go on, give me a generic reply about how I could have cancelled and and how I can send cancellations by email attachment blah blah blah.
