Now the payment has gone up £49.84 and its SIM only plan from O2 after 18 months they asked me to upgrade the contract for another 3 years with additional money so its aloop Scam now charging me £49.84 for sim only contract with bad reception have to ring few times to get connected and have to use my own broadband for service on majority of time they stopped the rebate of £33.44 since 22.05.2022 no help from customer service they owe me £434.72 in rebate for 13 months and its on going now I stopped my direct debit very disappointed from O2 because I choose the contract because of O2 and paid to O2
