i am suffering as well. For 20 worth sim , i am paying 60 . For that i am making complain to citizen advice. The main fraud company is o2 who is supporting such scammer company. Lets get together and complain through the citizen advice otherwise lets take legal solicitor and pay extra to make such a company banned.
