Currently bunq is just Scam in my opinion (in the beginning they were okay but now they just perform poorly). They treat their customers with no proper dignity. The service they provide is just from the lowest quality. They block you account with no reliable reason and when you provide them the information they need for unblocking your account they let you wait 15 weeks and more. I never had such a bad bank experience like with bunq. Only people who are bankrupt behave like this and let other people wait so long for their money. As I read it on the internet, bunq made only losses in the last 5 years (it seems like bunq is running out of money). Currently I have been waiting for 15 days that the relevant department coming back to me, for answering my request. If you write the customer service then you just get excuses, but actually something doing for you they can not. Only the responsible department – but they just ignoring you. How they treat their customers is just the lowest way and giving them 1 star is normally already too much. I looking for the day that bunq will close finally his doors forever. And the responsible person who play with my money get a portion justice.
