What went wrong?? I fell right into this scammers trap.!! Ordered £48 of goods on 13th December and followed tracking at track654. Until 2 days ago it hadn’t moved, then said it had been delivered….lies all bloody lies.!!I’ve been emailing, Ivy, Eve, Violet, Lele & Jane and all the other fake customer service call handlers for weeks. Each one says a refund has been raised and should be back in my account within 5 working days.!! Well that has come and gone. I told them i am reporting their fraudulent company to Trading standards now. Their new company name should be called ‘Wescamu’ as that’s exactly what the thieving f*****s are doing. I wish them all bad karma and no joy for robbing us folk out of our hard earned money. B*****ds.!!! DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM
