This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered a coat on the 8th December 2022. Had been tracking it.. Said it had arrived in the UK on 19th December and apparently had been delivered to mine on 3rd Jan. But ofcourse this product is nowhere to be seen. I emailed yesterday not expecting any response, had a nonsensical response today from “Jessica” who said maybe my address wasn’t detailed enough or a different address to the payment information and to check with my local post office (we all know a legit delivery would always pop a post office card in the letterbox) or ask my neighbours!!! I’m not born yesterday. Please don’t fall victim to this scamming company!
