We booked tickets through Bravo fly in April 2022 for our travel in December 2022. After 5 months of our booking in September 2022 we receive an email stating “Unfortunately Qantas Airways has cancelled its flights for Adelaide – Bangalore, departing 16/12/2022 and returning 27/01/2023 for all passengers. Go to your account area to find all the information about your booking.You can check your refund options and potential alternative travel arrangements.”The company was unable to arrange any alternatives so the option we had was refund, hence we opted for it and had to book tickets elsewhere paying higher charges. We have been informed that the refund will be processed within 2 months but no luck till date. we hve been in touch with the chat team and all they ahve is the sterotype answers like parrots. This whole episode has been so stresfull since i had to spend more money to make alternate arrangments and have $4800 stuck with Bravo Fly for refund. Feel they are SCAMMERS, The authorities please ban them from doing any business
