I booked a ticket from Chicago to Oslo through BravoFly. They changed my flight times so much that I couldn’t accommodate them. I tried to contact them to request a refund. I was trapped in an endless loop of a phone call telling me I needed to go to the website, the website telling me that I needed to make a phone call, and so on. After days of harassment, I finally got ahold of someone. They stated they could issue a refund, but it would take three months to get the money. After a few days, I contacted them to get an update on my refund, to which I was told they would only give me $50 out of the $600 purchase price. They are a total scam. This company needs to be shut down.
