This is scammer agency . Customer service are very poor. In my case I booked the flight ticket (€2246) and within 30 minutes.I cancelled the tickets and refund processing took more than 1 months to get credit in my bank account (€2093). Customer support are not good. They will not give any estimate time for your refund. They only cheat you and lies over the call and give you the false commitment. Each customer support members told you different stories each time. My suggestion would be don’t use agency to book any hotel and flight tickets.
