Scam company. Read many other reviews they all say the same. They cancelled our flights and said 2 months to get a refund. It’s now 5 months. They say ring but they have no phone number you can get through on. Tells you to enter booking ref but it is not recognised as they cancelled the flight so you get cut off. You email and they do t reply. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE !!!!!!
