Bravofly sold me a “flexible” ticket with the airline, which I paid extra for in case I needed to make changes. When I went to the airline my ticket was not flexible, it was in the lowest fare class. This is fraud on the part of Bravofly (if it was not a simple error in the system that Bravofly could correct so that I would receive the ticket I paid for.) The bravofly representative online was extremely unhelpful and kept repeating that I needed to take it up with the airline for any changes. The airline said I needed to take it up with Bravofly, because my ticket was non-changeable and non-refundable. And again and again in circles. Never again. This is a terrible company—do not do business with them. You can’t even reach someone over the phone. I feel duped and dumb. This company should be out of business for their shady practices.
