Reported to trading standards. Same experience as a number of others – I suspect company ceased operation following covid but continue to take payments and deliver false promises unethically. They have no intention of issuing goods despite confirmation of tracking – only way I managed to get refund is to threaten legal action and getting credit card company involved. Avoid if possible, some very expensive collections on here that are just a scam.
