This is a company of scammers. Their premium support is not working. When I checked into the accommodation, I was charged a larger amount than I agreed to pay when booking. My attempts to contact booking.com support have been fruitless. My requests are ignored, they send me stupid copy-paste answers that are not related to the situation.
