I booked my journey from Bangkok to Phuket, arrive at the at the address given on my app, and we boarded our bus, so far so good, me and my wife paid the full asking price on the app to travel. However when you reach surat Thani at 5am in the morning, we changed to another bus, this is we’re it gets tricky, you are told to pay an extra 200 baht each before allowed on the bus, then they want an extra 400 baht each when they arrive in patong. This is nothing more than a scam, not sure if the company know about this? But I have messaged them through there app and informed them, I want a full refund. Will keep you posted
