Bookaway

    I got the problem of they charged my credit card and did not book my trip. I Gave the check-in ferry staff my booking reference number and ID. But they said they couldn’t find my booking. Ask me to show the voucher which I didn’t receive. What I received is ONLY a receipt and reference number. So I didn’t make my trip go through which was just terrible.I emailed bookaway and explained the problems. But their customer service is terrible and insisted not theirs faults and would not refund me. It is a total scam!
