I unpacked the blender and was rinsing it prior to use and the water was leaking like Niagara Falls, and when I contacted them, The Customer Service Heroes, instructed me to make a claim with the shipper. The shipper, FEDEX, delivered the package in good conditions, and I have yet to hear back from the so called Customer Services Heroes. I am thinking that this is a scam, because I can see that the leak is due to bad design. If Blendjet is trying to get reimbursed from FEDEX, the company’s Moral, Ethics is questionable.
