DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased two as Christmas gifts. A family member had it on their list so I thought okay, I’ll get one for another family member too! Didn’t even think to look up reviews. Now I wish I had. I paid shipping and duty fees to get these from the US to Canada and they BOTH came broken. It was embarrassing to gift two blenders only to have the both open them to say they’re both broken in the SAME ways. Broken pieces everywhere.Sent them photos via email – no response. No response to follow up emails and they delete every negative comment on their social media rather than responding and rectifying.The company is a scam. Buyer beware. I just gifted two people two useable, expensive blenders. I’m gutted.
