Turns out, it required lots of force to work, which wasn’t particularly ideal for sensitive or bony areas. Sent an email to customer service to get the refund and send it back, and requested a return address where I could send the product back (notice: they don’t post this on their site!). Was first offered an equivalent value to spend on other products, which I refused since I just wanted to return the product and get the money back.
