I placed my order 3 weeks ago and I have still not received any tracking number or confirmation. I have contacted customer service several times and they keep saying the order is waiting for shipping company to pick up everytime and don’t give my any information. I feel scammed and I am afraid of not getting my order or any money back. I spent 95$ on a jacket. I sent them email today asking if getting my money back. I am waiting for an answer.
