Absolute scam. Ordered a coat for it to be 4 weeks late and nothing like the photo. I was then told I had to pay for postage to send it back tracked and this cost me almost £10!! Sent it and it wasn’t deliverable so it could potentially be sent back to me again, this company is the worst I’ve ever bought from the customer service from people such as Eya is absolute garbage. No compensation offered.
