its a bit hit and miss. I only purchase from the Eu warehouse which supposedly gives you delivery in 7 days..sometimes! the quality depends, they are a portal for other Chinese companies. some are very reputable some not so. Getting support is awful! I have been lucky in that I’ve only gotten 2 bad items but the hassle of returning them is not worth what you paid for it at times. overall.. not a scam company but let the buyer beware!
