As A business I would never deal with these guys, we never received one return from a customer yet had to process a refund resulting in loss to us – and they also like to add random fees and even with their “deferred payout” which is for warranty purposes understandable but then our invoice we receive is NEGATIVE and the whole payout has been defeerred so we sell on backmarket for the previous month we have cost of items and shipping then when it comes to backmarket paying us our revenue we somehow owe them money its a scam Don’t sell on Backmarket my fellow sellers.
