I ordered 4 sweaters on 12/6/22 and as of today 1/4/22, I’ve received nothing. I have contacted the company several times and they say to “be patient”. On 12/23/22, I received an email saying my order has shipped but the status has read “label created, not yet in system”, meaning Aljok has not given the package to the post office. I have yet to figure out if they are total scammers or if they are just the worst and laziest company in existence. They will take your money and never send the order.
