AliExpress looks like a cheap friendly site, but it is a total scam. I TRIED getting a refund and I sent all the evidence such as the order, tracking and the order said it was delivered but in reality it was not. They have no real support members and everytime you request a refund, an automated bot declines it. AliExpress is a greedy, consumer hostile website and their buyer protection is totally false. Do not trust!
