Here is a dreadful experience we have experienced in our booking with Airpaz. We wanted book a flight for both ways, so we looked up in google flight. This company, Airpaz, appear to be the first few listing in the search. With no doubt, we booked 2 flights for both ways. At first, they sent an email to us that one of our plane ticket is cancelled due to reschedule of the flight and they will send us an e ticket to us shortly. We checked our junk mail and no found. We grew suspicious and looked into this company in the web. We realised many of the customers did not received their air ticket after payment. We were worried and we called their toll free, no surprise no one pick up the phone. We then sent lots of email to them to chase our ticket and even report to the credit card center, google and some anti scam website. They finally sent our e-ticket after a long time. But we found out that they put our name wrongly in the e-ticket. Of course we received no response. At the end, we called the flight company directly and spend USD$60 to change our name due to fail response of our agency. Even the flight company cannot be able to contact them. We are lucky to receive our e-ticket although our name is wrongly spelled. We just hope that no one would have to experience something like this again. It is the worst booking experience ever.
