I booked Hotel Vertu in New Delhi through Agoda. When I reached hotel at 11pm, I was told there was no booking in that name. When I showed the email confirmation, I was told to go to a nearby hotel which is horrible. Stinky, smelly and noisy. I stayed only because it was quite late in the night. Never trust Agoda. They are a scam.
