Cancelled a hotel booking within the stated cancelation period but agoda says that they can’t give me a refund because the hotel refused. What??? Why does it say 50% refund if canceled 24 prior to check in if you can’t give the refund? What a scam. I’ve stayed with agoda for over 100 nights. This will be my last
