I was trying to make reservation for a stay i hotel but every time I was getting timeout error. Finally at third attempt althoug it said it was rejected the reservation was made – I only had to pay cash at arrival at the hotel. Thats where the issue starter. Site added brekfast which I didnt select and amount of my stay has nearly double- it was also non refundable booking. I contacted customer services – every time new consultant was replying – 6 consultants to be exact. Absolutely no help. Luckily I contacted hotel and they were able to cancel it from their side. Absolutem scam! AVOID!
