Agoda cancelled my booking stating unforeseen circumstances. I had no choice but to book another hotel. Then, without my knowledge and consent they rebooked the same property with the same date, and told me that I am booked there and Agoda took my money ( I found all these information a day before the booking date). I told them I cannot stay there because I have already booked another hotel.Agoda said I can cancel, but honestly the cancel button is invalidated, and the hotel stated that it is up to Agoda if they will refund or not, but Agoda keep insisting that the hotel is the one making the decision about refunds.It is a scam!!! Don’t use agoda
