Fraud alertWe have booking for 31 December. We are continuously trying to contact property/hotel owner but He is not approachable. Then we tried to contact Agoda to report their listed owner and property but now they are also unavailable no one is responding. It looks like we will be standing out on the hotel with our all travelling bags and no body will be responding at that time too. So pathetic service of Agoda. I would recommend everyone not to use Agoda. Can some one guide us how to claim our deducted money. We want out cash back.
