One star ist still too much for this ugly experience. I booked a hotel with free cancelation, but anyway, Agoda withdrawed money from my card. After asking, they said they will return asap. That did not happen within one month. I contacted them several times and after getting through a stupid bot chat, the response is all the same from these “support people” who don´t care for my case. Last time for me booking via Agoda, it´s a fraud I will never wanna have again.
