Agoda has truly dropped in trustworthiness, please stay away. I booked a flight with them and was sent an email saying my flight did not get booked. So I proceeded to book a flight with trip.com. Within 10 minutes, I get confirmation of that flight. Agoda then emails me 5 hours that I did get a flight. Now, I have that Agoda flight which can’t be refunded. Agoda is a scam, please don’t waste your money. They’re taking advantage of people who just want to go home for the holidays.
