They did same ro me too, I sent money with a particular rate, they paid out about 30% lower rate. I reached out to their customer service over a month ago. First it too them days to respond, secondly the argued and they eventually agreed to fix the issue but they never did. They seem fraudulent at this point and need to be reported. Beware people!
