    MONEY DISSAPEARED IN MY ACCOUNTits been months of worst support and back and forth emails to the CEO MR. TOPE.I did a P2P trade and was paid via afriex, after some time, all my wallet balances disappeared, then upon contacting support, they acknowledged a system issue – after which they came back alleging that i was a scammer – they asked for KYC details which i did provide and the nature of trade which i sent all the proof i had, since July 29th this has been just back n forth and them saying their finance team is looking at the issue, today we are in December, case is unresolved, MR TOPE stopped responding to emails. This issue affected a lot of people i know of and this has been the same case- There is been lack of consistency from support with each giving different information CRAZY!!! How is this allowed!!!I even went to the point of reporting to the police and this was escalated to the relevant authorities. i hope to get help but to all users, pls take some time to read this before you lose your money
