Scam!!! I cannot say enough about the poor quality fabric, which equals their customer service. I followed all the requirements, asked to explain my decision to return, even sent pictures, and then unprofessional and cynical emails started. Joom asked me to send additional pictures, then they said my refund will only be 50%, which I said no. As if the back and forth continued, Joom told me to give the item to charity and then I could expect a refund or just damage the item, send pictures of the damaged item and they will refund my card. If there is a way to make these companies liable, please share. Joom is the worst!
