Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 items on Jan 2, 2023 for $107.98. On Jan 5, 2023 I received an email stating the product has shipped. It is now Feb 14, 2023 and I have yet to receive a status update or my items. The tracking number I have been given refers to no shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. When I asked for the status of my order – I am told that the products are still in production. This contradicts the email I received stating the items were shipped. Is this company even for real??? I believe they are a total fraud.
