They don’t deserve a star ..they full of crap they train their employees to say they work for oncor that this and that and to top of the stupid rep leaves a pamphlet with just energy on it .then they try to switch u carriers without ur authorization this company is just a scam plus the rep don’t even use his real name but it’s OK there’s an investigation going on and I do have cameras so he can’t say he never went to my house lying about everything
