Care.com is a PREDATORY company do NOT sign up. Reading the other reviews it’s obvious I’m not the only one that care.com has scammed. VERY POOR service, would not recommend to anyone.I closed my account in Jan 2023 (got a confirmation email that it was closed), then in Feb 2023 received a bill for my renewed account. My account HAS somehow been renewed. I have an email saying it will be renewed AGAIN 2024, and a separate statement in my account saying it will be CLOSED 2024. Which is it??I’m sure it will be renewed, not closed, in 2024 and I would receive another bill then except I’m going to cancel my card. VERY POOR service. NO WAY to contact customer support unless you upgrade to premium. Sent them an email and received an auto-response telling me that email isn’t monitored.Can’t say enough about how frustrating my entire experience with them has been.
