horrible!! i tried to get a background check done but it never processed and they told me i couldn’t make an account with them because of it. i cancelled everything and deleted the app. now a month later i get a charge for $16.23??! the backgrounds check shouldn’t even be that much so what is it?? even if it WAS the BG check i didn’t get a background check and i cancelled my account! so that charge should’ve never happened either! tried to see if i could log in and i can’t bc i got locked out after i couldn’t get the BG check so i tried changing my password and the email never came. i tried 5 times. so i’m blocked from the account but still being charged services i never got or services i straight up didn’t even subscribe to or know about. i can’t contact them either. literally just a scam. if i was actually able to make the account i wouldn’t be so mad but they told me i couldn’t. so why am i being charged. and it’s not that i have a criminal record. my background check should be perfect. 100% clean so that’s NOT it. it just “couldn’t be processed”.
