JUST TO BE CLEAR LOQBOX-NO ONE FOUND YOUR WEBSITE CONFUSING!!!IT IS NOT CONFUSING ITS A SCAM!!!Terrible customer service, you can not call anyone and they Fraudulently took money from my account. The sign up process is sneaky, underhand and unclear. I received an authorisation request from my bank for £0.00 so I assumed that loqbox were just verifying my bank details. I clicked ok and continued filling out the information gathering from, little did i know that they had taken £150 from my account and i had some how signed up for an account costing £2.50 per week and a savings plan for £150 per month. I contacted them immediately, via e mail and web chat and was told that my plan was cancelled and i would receive my money within 10 working days. This did not happen i had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the refund as they had an error, then some other excuse. no one ever responded to my question of the £0.00 authorisation. the 1st week in Jan is not the time to lose £150.Discussing underhand tactics, DO NOT USE…..put your money in the bank where you can access when needed without the worry of who you are dealing with
